Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the order.

Eligibility and Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Personalized or custom items (e.g., engraved bows) are non-returnable.
  • Defective or damaged items qualify for free returns.
  • All sales are final on clearance or discounted items marked as such.

If you have a “No Returns” item, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Return Process

  1. Contact support@archeryspecialtystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and prepaid shipping label if applicable (e.g., for defects).

  4. Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Fees

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or defect (we cover it).
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional cost.
