You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the order.
Eligibility and Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Personalized or custom items (e.g., engraved bows) are non-returnable.
- Defective or damaged items qualify for free returns.
- All sales are final on clearance or discounted items marked as such.
If you have a “No Returns” item, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return Process
- Contact support@archeryspecialtystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and prepaid shipping label if applicable (e.g., for defects).

- Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Fees
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or defect (we cover it).
- No restocking fees apply.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional cost.
