At Archery Specialty Store, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping processes, timelines, and costs. All shipments originate from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

Handling Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Transit Time

  • Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS Ground): 3-7 business days, depending on destination.
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air): 2 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day (orders must be placed by 2:00 PM MST).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high volume periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (continental U.S. only).
  • Orders under $100: Flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping.
  • Expedited: $19.95.
  • Overnight: $29.95.
  • International Shipping: Not currently available; we ship to U.S. addresses only.

Costs are calculated based on order weight and destination during checkout. No hidden fees are added.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package via the carrier’s website.

Important Notes

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items like bows.
  • If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you within 1 business day.
  • For damaged or lost shipments, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
